We ship domestically and internationally. Your order will be shipped via Canada Post, FedEx, or UPS depending on your location. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched.
Please allow up to 2 business days for us to verify and process an order. Please allow an additional 5-10 business days for delivery. For international shipments, please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery depending on destination and selected delivery service.
We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, damaged merchandise or delayed delivery once we have shipped your order. Once you have received a delivery confirmation number, any claims should be made with USPS, FedEx or UPS. We are not responsible for customs, duties, taxes or miscellaneous fees incurred from importing our products.
Returns
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase from JW & Co Design. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we would be happy to issue a refund for any returned merchandise. Returns are NOT accepted for sales items.
You must return your order within 14 days after receiving the order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in compliance with our returns policy.
To return your product, the item must be shipped in its original packaging to: 3331 Johnson Ave, Richmond, British Columbia, Canada, V7C 5R3.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning any items. Depending on your location, the time in which a return is received and processed may vary. As such, for any item over $100, consider returning via a trackable shipping service to ensure the item is returned in time.

Returned items must comply with our returns policy:
Items must be returned unused, undamaged, unworn
Items must be returned in the original packaging in which it was received
Refunds
A refund will be issued back to your original payment method within 5 business days of receiving your return. Once your refund has been processed, a refund confirmation will be sent to the email address provided at checking out. Your financial institution may require additional time to process the refund to your account.
Please note that original shipping fees are not refundable.
